Does Kaballero require that I have a Contract?
No.  Kaballero is one of the only High-Speed Wireless providers that do not require a contract.  We feel that our service speaks for itself and you will stay with us.  Please note that the Motorola Canopy equipment always remains property of Kaballero.com. 

Will bad weather affect my High-Speed Wireless signal?
Kaballero’s High-Speed Wireless service is not susceptible to dense storm clouds or heavy rain.  Our installers are trained to install Kaballero’s High-Speed Wireless only if the signal meets a predetermined strength.  This allows for a stable, reliable link.

Can I check my Kaballero.com email from any computer?
Yes.  Kaballero offers a web based email interface, much like Gmail, Yahoo, or Hotmail.  To access your email please go to CHECK MY EMAIL ACCOUNT.

Can I share my Kaballero High-Speed Internet with my neighbor?
No.  This would violate your Service Agreement.

How many email accounts are provided with Kaballero service?
Each Kaballero account can have up to 10 email accounts.  If you require more, please contact us.

Is Kaballero High-Speed Wireless compatible with VPN?
Yes.  Kaballero service is compatible with running a VPN.  Static IP addresses are available for and extra $15 per month if needed.
