How do I troubleshoot my Kaballero High-Speed Wireless Connection?
Troubleshooting my High-Speed Wireless connection with a router
  1. Look for the AC adapter (power supply) that powers the Motorola Canopy Antenna located outside of your home or business.  The AC adapter will be plugged into your surge suppressor or power strip and have a little green light on top.  Please unplug the AC adapter and make sure the green light has gone out.  Once the AC adapter is plugged back in, please wait an entire minute before going to step 2.
  2. Next go to your router.  Please disconnect and reconnect the power to your router.  It is important not to unplug the power from anything else at this time.
  3. Then go to your computer.  If you computer is already on, please restart your computer.  If your computer is in an off state, please turn your computer on.  After your computer has finished booting back up, please check your internet connection.

If you continue to have problems with your High-Speed Wireless connection, please CONTACT US.
